Info: The Brick is an ÖGNI/DGNB-certified building (PLATIN award with crystal award due to the high socio-cultural and functional quality) which offers 24,576m² office space with approximately 1350 workplaces. This highly modern and multifunctional building complex cleverly combines sustainability with design and technical innovations. The building allows for improved quality of stay and user well-being through simulations in the areas of thermal comfort, indoor air quality, acoustic and visual comfort, user influence, quality of stay (indoor/outdoor) and safety and security all whilst contributing to climate protecting and microclimate.
