Step Level House | Sustainability meets Architecture

Date of construction: 2017-2019

Info: This private residence is located in a residential area on the border between the city center and suburban district. The resulting volume is wrapped in a perforated brick fabric in the exposed facades towards the street that act as a lattice and provide privacy. The volume of the house is divided into steps from the street to the garden level. The light quality is amazing which is enhanced due to the property's south/west facing aspect and it reduces energy costs.
